Greg Jessup Pens Article for the AAPL Landman Magazine...

Picture
November 30, 2012 - Ft. Worth - Greg Jessup, CPL, wrote an article for the September-October edition of the Landman Magazine (www.landman.org).  The commentary is titled "When Does A Client Become A Client?" and is intended to be a thought provoking piece to get the reader, presumably a landman, to weigh whether a formal agreement between a "contractor" and a "client" is required or even necessary in order to establish a confidential business relationship. It discusses his testimony as an expert witness in a recent lawsuit and how he handled this question and several other related inquiries.  This article may be downloaded (below) as well as Greg's earlier Landman article "Hey Dad, What Do You Do For A Living?". http://www.branchsmith.com/ebook/aapl/34913_AAPL/index.html#/1/
